AS Baltflex was founded in 1994. AS Baltflex was founded in 1994. The company was originally owned mainly by Estonians, but today, it is part of the Finnish ETOLA Group.

The company operates in the sales of hydraulic components, maintenance and repairs of hydraulic equipment and the design and construction of such systems.

The company implements a quality management system certified under ISO 9001:2015.
